The Blue Jays have announced the signing of RHP Silvano Hechavarr�a to a deal which includes a $215,000 signing bonus.
Hechavarr�a is 6'3 pitcher that has a fastball that ranges from 93-97 MPH at only 21 years old.
Cuban RHP Silvano Hechavarr�a (21) officially signs with the Toronto Blue Jays. Bonus deal: $215,000.
He is the 18th Cuban-born player to sign in the current international period.
