His answer was not something you hear everyday, but he said that he wants to see MLB owners punished if their teams lose for an extended period of time.

I mean, when you think about it, it is not the worst take, teams are already punished for tanking with the new rules for the MLB draft, so why not implement further incentives for owners to spend more money and make their teams better?
