Freeman was on the New Heights podcast yesterday with Jason and Travis Kelce speaking about the World Series and his career when he was asked about the walk off Grand Slam.
The Dodgers superstar mentioned how he just happened to be looking in the right area and swung, usually he is not used to celebrating a hit that much but since was such a historic moment he could not help himself.
He also mentioned how he blacked out and couldn't actually remember the moment and even when celebrating, he was so filled with adrenaline that he did not feel his injured ankle as he jumped up and down.

Not only did Freeman hit that Grand Slam but then followed it by hitting a homerun in the 4 games in a row which is why he was named the 2024 World Series MVP which everyone knew was coming with the way he played in the series.
