The Blue Jays have yet to make any big moves this winter and if they plan on being competitive next season let alone winning a couple games in their first 10 series, they better start acquiring some talent.
A fan pointed out online that the Blue Jays will bet tested right off the bat next season starting off with a matchup against the Orioles followed by the Nationals, Mets, Red Sox, Orioles again, Braves, Mariners, Astros, Yankees and the Red Sox once again.
Clearly this will show fans right away just how solid of a team the Blue Jays will be in 2025 as none of these series will be an easy walk but if the Blue Jays fail to bring in any talent, they will surely be back at the bottom of the AL East after these series.
This will be a great test for the Blue Jays to see how strong their lineup is for the 2025 season but if they don't add players such as Corbin Burnes, Anthony Santander or Teoscar Hernandez, this will be a tough stretch to start the year.
Hopefully Ross Atkins is aware of their tough schedule to start the year and is trying to put together the best team possible but with so little done this off-season, it is hard to believe that this is the case.
