The Toronto Blue Jays has some serious holes to fill this off-season and for some reason they seem to be walking away from their best bullpen pitchers such as Jordan Romano, Erik Swanson and Dillon Tate.

The Blue Jays bullpen does need some big changes but if they end up walking away from all of them, it will be hard to fill the entire bullpen with pitchers better than some of the ones they already have.

Blue Jays looking to moves on from the few solid pitchers they have in their bullpen

The Blue Jays only have relief pitchers Chad Green and Brendon Little set to be returning to the team next season as they have let go of some pitchers while others are candidates for non-tenders.
The Blue Jays currently have Jordan Romano, Erik Swanson, Dillon Tate and Zach Pop all eligible to be non-tendered as the deadline is only a few days away.
Pop is the only one out of the four pitchers that seems to be a clear no in terms of returning next season after his brutal year in 2024. As for the others, the team has some worries about Romano due to injuries but Tate and Swanson clearly should be brought back.
The Blue Jays have already parted ways with Genesis Cabrera, and in Jordan Romano ($7.75 million), Erik Swanson ($3.2 million), Dillon Tate ($1.9 million) and Zach Pop ($1 million), they have four more relievers whose projected arbitration salaries via MLB Trade Rumors make them potential non-tender candidates. - Nicholson-Smith

Romano is a risk since he is coming off a tough year plus he is recovering from a serious injury which might be risky bringing him back at $7.75 million but if he returns to the pitchers he was a couple years ago, it will definitely be worth it.
Tate and Swanson on the other hand had average years in 2024 but for the money they are set to make, the Blue Jays should definitely look to bring them back next season.
