MLB insider Jon Heyman has announced a new update regarding the Toronto Blue Jays and free agent pitcher Nick Pivetta.

The Blue Jays are looking to find themselves a new starting pitcher and while their top option seems to be Corbin Burnes, it looks like they are preparing for him to sign elsewhere after what has happened with their other free agent targets.

According to MLB insider Jon Heyman, the Blue Jays are seriously interested in former Boston Red Sox pitcher Nick Pivetta but it looks like they are not the only team interested.
