The Blue Jays announced that they have decided to fire pitching coach Cory Popham yesterday as the pitchers have been inconsistent this season.
Despite it not being a terrible move to shake things up and move on from Popham, fans are wondering why manager John Schneider is still here despite making much worse moves when it comes to the Blue Jays pitching.
Now that's what I call «accountability»
I'm sure Cory Popham is to blame for pulling Berros early, an anemic offense, and no extensions signed.
Clearly making a real move regarding the Blue jays poor management would involving moving on from manager John Schneider or GM Ross Atkins but it looks like they are locked in until at east the end of next season.
