Blue Jays seem to have a plan on how to win more games

It is easy to have an outside perspective and an opinion on what the Toronto Blue Jays should do in order to win more games, but it is harder job than you think.
The main idea would be to call up top prospects like
Orlevis Martinez and
Spencer Horowitz. There offensive numbers jump off the page and are ready to step in the lineup and produce at an elite level.
Even though Martinez has cooled down in the month of May from his massive April, he still can provide much needed power and consistency.

After a red hot (1.103 OPS) April, Orelvis Martinez has cooled off (.145/.279/.309) this month.
Getting them on the roster will be a difficult task. Vogelbach should be released and Biggio should probably be optioned to Triple-A.
John Schneider should be fired and most of the hitting coaches as well.
Beyond that, in the next month, the Jays should start listening to trade offers for some of the older players and underperforming players.
