Blue Jays announce starting pitcher in hopes of a win after tough loss

The Blue Jays took a tough 2-1 loss last night to the A's in Oakland and will now look to bounce back this afternoon as they are sending Kevin Gausman to the mound.
Gausman is arguably the Jays best pitcher overall despite struggling with consistency this season. The Jays ace has a 4-4 record on the season and a 4.60 ERA.

Hopefully the Jays can walk away with a win since every game counts at this point even if the season has not even hit the halfway point yet. The Jays struggles have made it that if they truly plan on grabbing that third Wild Card position, they need to win as many games as possible and quickly.
