The former Blue Jay was on ESPN Deportes after winning the World Series in which he stated that his priority is to return to the Dodgers and he will do everything in his power to return but that the decision in ultimately not up to him.
After an incredible 2024 season in Los Angeles, Hernandez will likely have a ton of attention from teams all around the league but it seems that his preference would be to stay with the Dodgers which is not good news for the Blue Jays.
The 2024 Home Run Derby champion enjoyed a remarkable inaugural season in Los Angeles, blasting a career-high 33 home runs while driving in 99 across 154 games.
