Coming into Tuesday's game against the Houston Astros, the Toronto Blue Jays desperately needed a win, and that is exactly what they got.

On Monday, the Toronto Blue Jays lost 10-0 in a game that was just awful for them. They got blanked by a no-hitter from Ronel Blanco. It was yet another example of their offense going cold, and fans were very worried about what they were seeing.
As it turns out, last night's game wasn't much better, for the majority of the evening. They played eight scoreless innings. However, according to Fox, the Blue Jays were able to come through with a walk-off win as Davis Schneider hit a home run. This brought in a run from Daulton Varsho, and it was enough for the Blue Jays to win the game, 2-1.

On the Astros side of things, Jose Altuve hit a home run on Jose Berrios in the fourth inning. Although aside from that, Berrios had himself a solid game as he pitched through six innings. Once again, however, it was the lack of production from the Blue Jays' bats that almost became a massive problem. One could argue that they were very lucky to win this game.
Tonight, the Blue Jays will be taking on the Astros, in Houston. Once again, the game will start at 8:10 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. You can catch the game in Canada, over on Sportsnet.
