Oakland Athletics' rookie pitcher Mason Miller has been on an absolute tear in the month of May, posting mind-boggling numbers that have put him firmly in the conversation for the American League Cy Young Award.

In his last 14 games, the 25-year-old right-hander has been virtually unhittable, delivering a performance that has left fans and analysts in awe.
Over this stretch, Miller has tossed 18⅓ innings, allowing a mere four hits and four walks while striking out an astounding 37 batters. The most impressive statistic, however, is that he has not surrendered a single run during this dominant run.
Although the A's have not been winning, Miller's recent success has been a significant factor in the Athletics' recent boost in performace. As the team looks to climb back into playoff contention. If the young pitcher can maintain this level of excellence, he will undoubtedly bring the Oakland A's back into a formidable force in MLB.
With his combination of overpowering stuff and pinpoint control, Mason Miller has quickly established himself as one of the most exciting young talents in Major League Baseball.
