Since coming to the Jays, Daulton Varsho has faced his share of criticism from the Blue Jay fan base. Especially after giving up key piece Lourdes Gurriel and Prospect Gabriel Moreno. It seems in the last 6 games he has silenced many with his outstanding offensive production.

Varsho has had another slow start to the season, but it seems he has found success with a simpler approach at the plate. As of right now, he is only hitting an accumulative .218, which isn't great, but when we look at the last 6 games, that sure will change quickly.
In the last 6 games he has a batting average of .353, racking up 6 hits, 4 of which are long balls and an OPS of 1.539.
Daulton Varsho in his last 6 games:
 19 PA

 6 H

 4 HR

 8 RBI

 2 BB

 .353 AVG

 1.539 OPS

This is exactly what the Blue Jays hoped for when acquiring him from the Diamondbacks. He has always had high potential, and it is nice to finally see him play up to it.
Let's just hope that our "beloved" Manager John Schneider doesn't bench him like he does with a lot of players who are playing well.
