The Toronto Blue Jays signed George Springer to a 6 year $150 million contract ahead of the 2021 season in hopes of bringing a new life to the organization.

Since joining the Jays, Springer has had some solid season but has yet to lead the team to anything promising as most of the season he has been a part of have been let downs. All of these struggles over the past few seasons are far from being all Springer's fault however he is part of the blame with the rest of the team's stars.
